- Seattle Public
Library & National Association of
Secretaries of State Announce New URLs
for Local & State Code Resources
|
- Both the Seattle
Public Library and the National Association of
Secretaries of State have changed the URLs for
their Municipal Code and State Code Resources
(respectively).*
-
- Internet access to
the National Association of Secretaries of
State's Administrative Code & Register
section is now available at http://www.nass.org/acr/internet.html. This state-by-state
table links to the Registers, Codes and/or
Manuals of any of the 50 states (or six
protectorates/territories-American Samoa, D.C,
Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico and
the US Virgin Islands) that have made this
material available on the Internet. The page also
includes links to corollary Federal Government
resources.
-
- The Librarians of
the Seattle Public Library have put together an
extensive list of selected Municipal Codes from
33 states and the District of Columbia that are
available online. The site also links to six
other Code publishers' siites and code indices.
That list is now available at http://www.spl.org/selectedsites/municode.html.
-
- *Owners of the new
4th Edition of "How to Use the Internet
for Legal, Business & Investigative: A Guide
for Legal Professionals" should note these changes
on pages 48 and 47 & 53 respectively.
