As Vice President of Marketing for Internet For Lawyers (IFL), Rosch is the developer and manager of the Internet For Lawyers web site and directs the company's online Continuing Legal Education (CLE) initiatives. He was instrumental in launching the company's CLEseminars.com webinar platform in 2016 to deliver high quality law practice management, ethics, and technology-related webinars. Rosch has assembled a consortium of more than a dozen state and local Bar associations, law schools, and other CLE organizations to make CLE credit available for the site's webinars in over 20 states.
He is the Editor of IFL’s newsletter, and writes and speaks about legal technology for firms and also on how to use the Internet for research. Additionally, he is co-author of six books: "The Cybersleuth's Guide to the Internet" (IFL Press, 2015), "Google Gmail and Calendar in One Hour for Lawyers" (ABA, 2013), "Find Info Like a Pro, Volume 1: Mining the Internet's Publicly Available Resources for Investigative Research" (ABA, 2010), "Find Info Like a Pro, Volume 2: Mining the Internet's Public Records for Investigative Research" (ABA, 2011), and "Google for Lawyers" (ABA, 2010), "The Lawyer's Guide to Fact Finding on the Internet" (ABA, 2003 & 2006).
Mr. Rosch is a Fellow in the College of Law Practice Management, an honorary society that honors and recognizes distinguished law practice management professionals, sets standards of achievement for others in the profession, and funds and assists projects that enhance the highest quality of law practice management and in 2013 he was named to the "Fastcase Fifty," recognizing “50 of the smartest, most courageous innovators, techies, visionaries, and leaders in the law.” Mr. Rosch is a member of the Association of Continuing Legal Education (ACLEA) and the ABA. Currently, he serves as a member of the ABA Law Practice Division's Legal Technology Resource Center (LTRC) Advisory Board. He also recently completed a three year appointment to the ABA TECHSHOW Planning Board.
He has written on the subject of building and managing effective web sites for the Legal Marketing Association and Los Angeles Lawyer magazines. Mr. Rosch has also written about the application of computer technology in the law office for Law Office Computing, Los Angeles Lawyer and the Los Angeles Daily Journal among other publications. Rosch has presented at the Annual meetings of the ABA, the National Association of Bar Executives, the Association of Continuning Legal Education, the California State Bar and and in-house at various firms.
Previously, Rosch provided Electronic Marketing Consulting services to solo practitioners and law firms of all sizes that seek to create an online marketing effort or increase the effectiveness of their current efforts. Mr. Rosch has also helped law firms and legal consultants optimize their web sites to improve their Search Engine rankings. During his 20 years of marketing experience, Mark Rosch has developed, implemented and supervised the publicity, promotions and marketing campaigns for numerous and varied clients, from LLRX.com, the prestigious legal web site, to new media developers. Currently he provides web management consulting to the State Bar of California Law Practice Management & Technology section’s web site.
Prior to his work in Continuing Legal Education, as Vice President, Public Relations for E! Entertainment Television Networks, he was responsible for developing and supervising all publicity strategy and its implementation for the E! Entertainment Television cable network, as well as the company’s newest network, Style.
As Vice President of the Weissman/Angellotti public relations firm, working on numerous projects, including all television specials, events and activities of the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences (including the Primetime Emmy Awards), network television specials, new media projects including the launch of the TV Academy's first website in 1995, as well as numerous feature films including "Like Water For Chocolate."
In the past, he served as a member of the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences' Public Relations steering committee, the Television Publicity Executives Committee and the American Film Institute, in addition to serving as a member of the Board of Directors of the Entertainment Publicists Professional Society.
